we are not the kriles anymore, but rather the sickies

my entire life i have always been getting sick...my mom says that i am her only child that she breastfed and of course, always the sick one as well. go figure!! anyways, in the last month, my household as been overcome with germies and tissues. we are cranky, raspy, sleepy, and snotty here at the krile household. ads and i have both been on numerous rounds of antibiotics and every time we finish a round like clockwork three days later we need another. i keep hoping that this is a phase and that adleigh will not inherit her mommy's genes for being a sickie but at this point our sweet little baby has had so many ear infections that the doctors are now threatening tubes...i am hoping no, so cross your fingers and say a little prayer for her. at this time, we currently are elevating ads in her crib, running the humidifier, and suctioning her nose....and still she is coughing and dripping snot out of all of her orifices on her face. yesterday morning we as in tr and i, both felt so bad that we had to call in the reinforcements....aunt shay and uncle bryce came over early in the morning and kept ads entertained while tr and i slept. thank you, thank you aunt shay and uncle bryce- if honestly feels like you saved our lives, or at least our sanity!!! anyways, tomorrow we have an appt with the dr for adleigh, so hopefully we will get some more meds to make her comfy and as for tonight it will be early to bed to get us back in full swing by TURKEY DAY!!

***we are even thinking about heading to nana and papa's early so that i can wake up and watch the macy's thanksgiving parade....can thanksgiving really begin without the parades???

***tomorrow aunt karye is letting adleigh borrow a christmas cd....and of course her mommy is excited too!!!

hoping for everyone to have a week full of non-sniffles and bellies full of pumpkin pie!!
