i just realized.....

that everything i write about is in the past!! well, we have a lot of great things going on in our present. though when i think a little analytically i realize that everything has to happen first to write about it so inevitably, unless i am sharing something we are doing in the future or become psychic, i will be writing about the past.

anyways, back to the story....last night i was taking some "mommy" time and was reading in the bathtub when i hear these strange sounds downstairs. i call out to tr and ask him what is going on and he starts to laugh. i am getting a little jealous knowing that i am missing out on something and tr finally replies that the noise i hear is adleigh laughing at noel. apparently she was reaching out to pet noel and get a good fistful of hair (glad she was taking a break from mom's head) and it was making her laugh!! the last few weeks she had started to make the faces and do small sounds that we thought were laughs but last night my baby laughed!! hopefully she will work on the sound of it bc it was hard to tell if it was a scream or a laugh but tr assured me that if i could have seen her face there would be no questions asked on which it was. next time i hear that sound i don't care what i am doing, i will come running down the stairs dripping wet bc i can't wait to see her expression when she is laughing.

the first man said, " my wife was reading a "tale of two cities" and she gave birth to twins", "that’s funny", the second man remarked, "my wife was reading 'the three musketeers' and she gave birth to triplets"
the third man shouted, "good God, i have to rush home!"
when asked what the problem was, he exclaimed, " when i left the house, my wife was reading ali baba and the forty thieves"!!!
